Our Services

Four capabilities, one outcome: funded collaboration.

A small team, a continental network. We have supported over 40 consortia since 2008.

EU Consortia Building

We assemble competitive partner teams for Horizon Europe, EIC and Interreg calls — from partner search to signed consortium agreements.

  • Partner scouting & outreach
  • Consortium agreements
  • Proposal coordination

Our team has facilitated over 40 consortium agreements across 22 countries. We map the right partner profile for each call, activate our network, manage introductions, negotiate Letters of Intent, and ensure the consortium structure maximises your score against the evaluation criteria.

Funding Connections

We match your innovation to the right instrument — grants, EIC Accelerator blended finance, InvestEU, national co-funding.

  • Call-to-project mapping
  • Budget & eligibility review
  • Investor introductions

With hundreds of open calls across Horizon Europe, EIC, Interreg, and national programmes, finding the right fit is half the battle. We audit your technology readiness, IP position, and team capacity, then build a multi-year funding roadmap that sequences instruments for maximum impact.

Strategic Collaboration

Long-term partnership design — IP frameworks, consortium governance, and exploitation planning for follow-on calls.

  • Governance & IP strategy
  • Roadmap & KPIs
  • Exploitation planning

Funded projects succeed or fail on governance. We design consortium agreements, IP ownership frameworks, and exploitation roadmaps that protect your interests while satisfying the Commission's requirements. We also position successful projects for follow-on calls before the current grant closes.

EU Policy Monitoring

We keep you informed at every step — current call announcements, budget changes and policy updates as they happen.

  • Weekly call digest
  • Policy analysis
  • Urgent alerts

EU funding rules change constantly. Our policy monitoring service delivers a curated weekly digest of new calls, budget revisions, and programme updates relevant to your sector. For strategic subscribers, we provide rapid analysis of how policy shifts affect your pipeline and competitive positioning.
